How did I help RoomLab?
I delivered a combination of competitor analysis, audience targeting work, social media, paid marketing, website and SEO audits and a review of the customer journey.
I implemented new strategies and plans around marketing, digital marketing, pricing, audience targeting and new opportunities for growth. I also introduced Suzann to trusted suppliers who could help her implement the marketing plan.
All strategies were fully costed to a 12-month marketing budget and came with marketing reporting across each channel.
